Virus Alert Fix
Yesterday a friend of mine came to me with a computer issue. He said somehow he got a virus and his computer was completly useless.
When I logged into the computer it instantly started freezing. I wasn’t able to open taskmanager, run was missing from the start menu, the prorgrams menu was missing, and so was the control panel. It also said virus alert in the taskbar next to the clock.
To get rid of the virus I hooked the harddrive up to another computer and ran a scan on in using avg. After that the virus was gone but the computer was still a mess so I wrote a little program to clean it all back up.
If you ever run into this virus, use this program to quickly clean your computer back up.
